Complete bachelor's or master's degree in the economy/people's economy or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in human resources, ideally in medium-sized structures, preferably with experience in the construction industry High level of problem-solving competence and resilience with simultaneous processing and implementation of several projects Strong analytical skills Empathic personality with the ability to communicate at all levels of organization Teamability, communication strength and convincing appearance Very good handling with MS-Office, especially with MS-Excel Self-employed, proactive
