It's waiting for you You will independently and with high quality process written and telephone requests in private health insurance. You are responsible for the processing of application and inventory operations, always with regard to quality and productivity in the customer service. You communicate with our customers, sales partners, business offices and third parties in word and writing. You meet professional decisions, always taking into account customer needs, legal requirements and economic aspects. You identify and evaluate health insurance risks competently. You get a comprehensive and structured incorporation that is optimally tailored to our technical requirements and internal processes After successful integration, you have the opportunity to participate in projects and special tasks - we will give you free space and support to bring your own ideas.

You have a completed training as a businessman for insurance and finance (m/w/d) or can present several years of professional experience in the industry, preferably in private health insurance You have a friendly, sales and service-oriented approach to customers. You work efficiently, service- and solution-oriented. You are resilient and flexible in dealing with customer requests, especially with seasonal fluctuations. Team skills, a quick understanding as well as commitment and flexibility characterize you. You're sure to deal with MS Office products. You are open to new things and want to actively shape your working environment and take responsibility.
