In order to carry out a patient-oriented and holistic care of our oncological patients, we are looking for a nursing specialist (m/w/d) at the next possible time in our clinic with further training “Pflege in Oncology” in parttime or full time with participation in the shift service. Your responsibilitiesAs a specialist caregiver (m/w/d) for oncology, you have specific and well-founded knowledge in the care and care of people suffering from cancer and are fully engaged in the specific needs of oncological patients with the aim of maintaining and improving the quality of life of patients. We see an important aspect in promoting, increasing and strengthening the autonomy and self-employment of cancerous people. The basis of our nursing action is the holistic approach of our patients suffering from cancer. The patient is actively involved in the co-determination of the course of his illness. By consulting in nursing matters and in therapy-related side effects, the oncological specialist caregiver supports the patient in decision-making on certain treatment strategies. A dignified approach, mutual respect and tolerance determine our coexistence in which everyone contributes in his role to the success of the whole. As a member of the multi-professional team, in which, in addition to nurses and doctors, especially therapists, psychoonologists, pastoral care workers and social workers are involved in the comprehensive care of the patients, you take a coordinating key role.
