Central contact person and reliable contact point for the care area Support, support and advice of employees and managers in all HR-relevant topics Responsibility for the design and implementation of HR processes, including performance management, talent management and annual salary reviews Support in the management of HR processes, e.g. organisational development, personnel development and all building blocks of personnel planning Supporting managers in implementing department-specific and individual personnel measures Contact person or moderator in conflict situations and in workshops Cooperation with all bodies of the Works Council on collective and individual issues and ensuring the implementation of personal policy measures Working in HR projects at local or global level Own responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment of the care area and development as well as implementation of recruiting measures, e.g. Active Sourcing

Complete economic studies with a focus on HR Adequate professional experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner First experience in change management and interest in Employer Branding Good knowledge of MS Office and Workday Experiences in dealing with works councils and good working knowledge flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing Proactive personality and solution-oriented and independent and reliable functioning Passion for staff work and a high level of social competence combined with a strong team spirit
