Employment type: Unlimited Working hours: Full-Time Joblocation: Dresden You develop innovative power semiconductor components (Si Power MOSFETs) for future applications in automotive electronics. You align characterize power semiconductor devices and verify compliance with specifications. In doing so, you perform detailed analyses of manufacturing data and results from electrical production testing (including Electrical Wafer Sort). You coordinate and carry out development tasks while working closely with customers, manufacturing, and quality assurance. After series release, you take over development-side product support and ensure its ongoing success.

Education: Completed university degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field of study Experience and know-how: In-depth knowledge of semiconductor device physics and characterization; knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and automated data analysis is an advantage; relevant experience in the development of power semiconductors is desirable Work routine: in a hybrid working model, you will meet your team members on site 3–4 days per week for personal exchange and collaboration Passion: strong enthusiasm for research and the continuous advancement of semiconductor technologies Languages: very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
