Head of Decentralised Generation (f-m-d)

Head of the area of expertise and takeover of business and operator obligations for the area of responsibility Professional and personal leadership of employees incl. Personnel development and implementation of instructions Ensuring the operation of decentralised production facilities and planning and setting of maintenance and conservation measures Initiation of new construction measures (new construction and replacement investments) as well as the acquisition of new and refurbished facilities, including follow-up of warranty claims Analysis of incidents and damages and derivation of sustainable technical and organisational improvements Budget planning and cost management for operating expenses and investments Development and optimization of operations and processes incl. Conduct of the Continuous Improvement Process (CDP) Control and negotiation with authorities, service providers, experts, customers and internal interfaces to ensure business success Reporting to the management and participation in cross-departmental projects and, where appropriate, Takeover of special or participation tasks Participation in the standby service to ensure district heating, as well as, where appropriate, takeover of business and management responsibility for holding companies

Dipl.-Ing. or Master of Science in Electrical Energy Technology, Process Engineering, Energy Technology, Mechanical Engineering or Similar Training Knowledge of thermal energy generation, energy distribution technology and multiannual experience in the operation and maintenance of corresponding plants Experience in personnel management and development In-depth knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations and technical rules in the operation of energy production plants (BImSchG, BetrSichV, TRBS, VDE etc.) Responsibility, reliability and readiness for performance and use negotiating skills and communication strength as well as analytical competence and structured working methods Enforcement and decision-making as well as team capacity and joy in working with employees
