Overall management of technical processing (m/f/d)

In this key role, you assume the overall responsibility for the technical order processing of more than 250 construction projects each year. You control the central area between sales, customer management and production and ensure that technically mature, economically successful and timely realizable house projects are created from individual customer requests. In doing so, you are responsible for the entire technical value chain from customer order to plan examination and sampling, through technical specialist planning (TGA, Elektro, HKLS, etc.) to detailed planning and production approval for industrial timber bar production. With your team you create the basis for highest customer satisfaction, efficient processes and sustainable company success.

You assume the overall responsibility for the technical order processing of KAMPA GmbH and ensure that technically mature, economical and timely realizable house projects are created from individual customer requests. In addition to quality and timeliness, you are responsible for the continuous improvement of the organization's productivity, efficiency and scalability across the entire process chain. To do this, you will conduct an organization through three experienced managers and develop a team of more than 50 employees along the entire technical value chain. You accompany demanding technical customer requests and escalation cases professionally and solution-oriented. As a close business partner for the management and managing director in spe (m/w/d), you make a significant contribution to the strategic development of the company.

Ideally, you have relevant experience in construction processes in the prefabricated house, wood construction or module construction environment. As a technically experienced manager with entrepreneurial thinking, you understand how to develop people, processes and structures successfully. In addition, you bring high process competence and understand the relationships between sales, technical planning, pre-production, production and assembly Ideally, you also have a successfully completed degree in the field of civil engineering, wood technology, architecture or a comparable technical qualification and bring relevant, multiannual leadership experience in a technically shaped organization.
