Your job:

• Control of the care process and independent implementation of treatment care
• preparation of individual care plans and careful documentation of the services provided
• Communication with doctors and other departments to ensure optimal care
• Classification and coordination of employees within the shift and cooperation in service planning
• Accompanying and supporting new colleagues and trainees during the incorporation
• Sensitive advice and guidance of people in need of care and their relatives

• Experience in creating and adapting individual care plans
• A structured way of working and the ability to keep an overview of documentation
