You accompany our leisure, tourism and theme projects from the first idea to the opening. You keep costs, appointments and quality under control – and you can not only read dates and cost plans, but create them yourself. You work closely with creative teams, the operative team, specialist planners, authorities and construction companies. You start tendering, conduct contract negotiations and tax entrepreneurs. You understand construction contracts and can safely negotiate, apply and administrate them. You are flexible and love to work on the construction projects with rubber boots on the construction site as well as in the construction container. You like to be on site with your construction projects and know the processes from practice. Whether at the construction site in Germany or in conversation with international partners – you can safely move in both worlds and communicate confidently in English. You make sure ideas become reality – on schedule, on budget, with attention to detail. You recognize problems early, think pragmatic and find solutions that work – simple, clever and feasible. Experience world in three phases Phase 1 – Concept & Preparation Before the first ground stitch falls, you lay the basis for the experience. You work remotely and travel for appointments to offices, authorities, creative teams and partners. From ideas you shape clear concepts, coherent budgets and thought-out processes that carry the project. 🟠 Phase 2 - Implementation & Construction Coordination Now it becomes visible! You are about 2x a week at the construction site, tune yourself with building ladders and structures, solve hurdles directly on site and make sure that real experiences grow from plans. Phase 3 – Showtime! Around three months, you are fully on the construction site – conduct processes, coordinate teams, meet decisions and accompany fine grinding, decreases and final optimizations. Here comes the magic: The project creates an adventure world that enthuses and inspires our fans.

the least 3 years of experience with complex construction projects – ideally amusement parks or attractions. Someone who works analytically and solution-oriented, but never loses the sense of practicality. And someone who has the pleasure of creating projects that people move.
