Definition of long-term vision and roadmap for test automation You develop and optimise the architecture for test frameworks that are scalable and manageable Continuous evaluation of new technologies and trends in test automation and their potential application in the company Mentoring and coaching of QA and developer teams and Azubis in the field of test automation Advice, planning and control of (test) automation projects
