You guide technical and disciplinary employees in the technical You are responsible for budget and operational responsibility for the technical sector including management systems You opt for existing processes and products in terms of cost and performance You initiate and perform leading F+E projects You build know-how, secure and share it within the company You comply with all health, work and environmental provisions

You have a university degree as a chemist:in (Promotion, Diplom, Master) with a focus on inorganic chemistry, process chemistry, analytical chemistry or technical chemistry You have knowledge of product and process development and can translate results from laboratory to production scale You have ideally experience in the management of personnel and the independent management of technical equipment You work very independently, carefully and structured You are very communicative, teamable, flexible and resilient You have very good knowledge in MS Office and desirable way in ERP systems and have English knowledge in word and writing You are ready for occasional missions
