Trainee Finance & Controlling – September 1st, 2026 (m/f/d)

As a trainee in Finance & Controlling, you take responsibility in the international environment from the outset in our 18-month program. You support making informed decisions, analysing numbers, identifying relationships and helping us strategically raise our business to the next level. You get to know our business from scratch and understand how numbers, strategies and decisions work together in international travel retail. Through operations in Controlling, Finance and Treasury at our headquarters, you can sharpen your expertise and get deep insights into the management of our company. You take early responsibility, work on your own projects, and also perform challenging tasks internationally, for example at our retail locations or subsidiaries. You support management in business cases, deliver sound analyses and proactively introduce your own ideas. You continue to develop professionally and personally and build a strong network in the company.

Your job is demanding. That is why we are also interested in the selection of our trainees. That is why we wish: A completed study with a focus on economics and the focus on finance or controlling. At least 6 months of practical experience, ideally in Finance & Controlling, e.g. through internships or work students. Software-Skills: safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint; ideally first user knowledge of SAP. Intercultural Mindset: Experience abroad (e.g. internship or semester abroad) and very good German and English skills. Analytical thinking, a sovereign appearance and persuasion.
