Your area: Internal technical service We maintain the technical facilities and infrastructure and ensure safety in the service buildings. We create this with a team of craftsmen, technicians and employees of the Pforte and Security Centre. The team knows what to do in the event of disturbances and emergencies and helps by careful action that our mission does not fail.

Your main activity: In the three-shift operation (spring/spring/night) You ensure the safety at and in the service buildings of IT.NRW. To do this, you monitor the GMS, manage closing media and represent home law if necessary. You also document incidents outside the GMS at IT.NRW and customers. You eliminate simple disturbances on the different systems. You accompany people in the house as part of the supervisory function. You'll take emergency measures and take care of them. You provide support in your field. Your task also includes: You will forward information in the house. You are represented in the telephone center and in the gate service.

You bring with them: A successfully completed vocational training as a specialist in safety and safety (or comparable vocational training) and proven experience of at least one year in the safety centre or in comparable activity Standby for shiftwork (24/7) Safe handling of PCs including the application of MS-Office products and safety applications Secure German (in Word and Writing) Your personality: Team spirit, commitment and flexibility (readiness to use) both internally and in customer contact High resilience with good understanding and observation, open to dealing with changes Reliability, loyalty and confidentiality Additional job information: A successful safety review according to § 10 SÜG NRW is required for this position (is initiated within the framework of the recruitment process).
