Preparation: Attaching weld preparation and edge rounding according to technical drawings and piece lists. Assembly: Structures and stapling of large components, taking into account the sequence, the welding distortion and the stability and performing necessary corrections. Examination: Control of welding structures for distortion and dimensional accuracy with the aid of drawings and test devices and, where appropriate, Indication by material-related heat treatment. Transport: Moving components with the help of hall cranes and industrial trucks with the selection of suitable stop means according to the priority, weight and UVV.

Training: completed vocational training as a construction mechanic, metal-builder or a comparable qualification in the field of metal processing. Knowledge: Secure reading of piece lists and technical drawings; Experience in the assembly of large steel components and the application of MAG welding methods according to technical specifications. Experiences: Practical knowledge in handling large-sized steel structures and their processing in the production environment. Personality: Self-responsible and result-oriented working methods, team skills and willingness to shift work.
