Your tasks as a lathe:

• Monitoring the manufacturing process
• Implementation of corrections
• Programming, operation and monitoring of computer-controlled lathes
• Processing of individual parts or whole series
• Clamping workpieces into the machine, load the corresponding program into the CNC control
• Measure the finished workpieces
• Programming CNC programs directly at the CNC control
• Control of tools (cutting surfaces, cutting plates, observation of chip removal and machine noise)
• Read and interpret technical documentation

You bring this as a cutting mechanic:

• Completed training for CNC lathe or similar training
• Conventional knowledge of rotation
• Safe handling of Fanuc and Siemens control (programming and error corrections)
• Flexibility and readiness for shiftwork
• Embossed technical understanding
