As Head of Marketing (m/w/d), you are responsible for the strategic development of Luttermann GmbH's local marketing within the Auxilium Group. You run the local marketing team and make sure that all marketing and communication measures are implemented targeted, effective and in line with the group-wide brand and marketing guidelines. You work closely with the central auxilium marketing and act as a strategic interface between location, group and external partners. Your focus: Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the local marketing team Strategic management of all local marketing and sales support measures Development of target group-specific marketing and promotion strategies incl. Definition of objectives, measures and KPIs in close coordination with the respective department Translation of central marketing and branding requirements into effective local campaigns and activities Ensuring compliance with all group-wide branding, marketing and communication policies Close coordination with central auxilium marketing to campaigns, rollouts and customer communication Control of external service providers and agencies Responsibility for planning, controlling and controlling the local marketing budget Monitoring, analysis and evaluation of marketing performance and deriving strategic optimization measures Strategic advice from local departments in marketing and sales issues Working in group-wide marketing projects and further developing the local marketing structure

Complete degree in marketing, business management, communication or a comparable qualification At least five years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a growth or business-based environment Multiannual experience in leadership and coordination of teams Strategic understanding for brand management, marketing processes and sales support Experience in dealing with budgets, KPIs and performance analyses Safe handling of different stakeholders at local and central level Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as a high degree of communication Structured, solution-oriented working with a high sense of responsibility Interest in the health market and openness for complex and regulated topics
