Responsibility for the daily construction financing adjustments Active analyses of the building finance market, inter alia, by observing the activities/ developments of competitors for identifying market potentials and derivings for the design of conditions Implementation of conditions-control measures from conception to implementation to controlling Accompanying the strategic developments of the product and price model in the specialist project

Multiannual experience in pricing, ideally in the financial services market Expertise in building financing including pricing strategies Methodical analysis capability incl. transfer to clear decision templates Advanced data competence using Excel and BI tools decision-making, structured operation, detail accuracy
