What you convince us complete studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification in construction (e.g. Polier:in, Master:in, Technicians:in) Multiannual professional experience in civil engineering Knowledge of personnel management and motivation techniques Experience in dealing with budget management tools such as SAP or Microsoft Project Safe understanding of existing safety standards in construction and quality management procedures Travel readiness/flexibility to maintain construction sites in the federal territory
