Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the contractually agreed services and make sure that SLAs and KPIs are complied with reliably. You control internal and external partners and coordinate all participants along the entire service delivery. You'll start reporting, analyze the results and take concrete measures to optimize them. You plan and conduct service reviews with customers and stakeholders and support in change management - from preparation to implementation of standard hangings.
