Strategic development & conceptual work: Joint strategic orientation of the social and outpatient care services with the regional executive as well as development, implementation and evaluation of care and care concepts Operational Management & Organisation: Own-sponsored organisation and structuring of workflows, monitoring of quality management and compilation and analysis of reports, key figures and statistics Target-oriented team and personnel management: management, planning and development of a motivated team, management meetings and collegial consultations as well as training of care services for economic management Networking & Representation: Professional representation of the care area to the outside as well as close cooperation and coordination with internal and external bodies, working groups and the regional association Attractive working environment: A varied area of responsibility in an esteeming environment with plenty of space for your own ideas to ensure high quality standards
