Project Manager Engineering District Heating (f-m-d)

Head of district heat conduction projects in technical and commercial responsibility incl. Date, cost and quality control

Planning, realization and commissioning of district heating lines and control of external service providers

Development of technical solutions for complex earth-shifted management projects

Creation and responsibility of planning and tender documents incl. Organisation of internal audit circuits and negotiation with contractors

Coordination of project-specific topics with network operation, approval, funding management, communication and other internal areas as well as representation to authorities and districts

Implementation of a structured project reporting to client and proactive information of relevant stakeholders

Organisation of construction sites and the establishment and control of work safety, environment and project progress

Complete engineering studies (Diplom/Master), e.g. mechanical engineering, civil engineering, environmental engineering or utility technology

Relevant experience in technical and commercial project management, ideally in management engineering

Practical knowledge in earth-shifted pipeline construction, preferably district heating, and the relevant regulations

Safe handling of the entire project planning, processing and commissioning process of district heating lines

Project management certification (IPMA or comparable)

Embossed organizational strength, structured and self-responsive working, high communicative competence and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation

Safe handling with MS Office, ideally experience with iTWO AVA, combined with high digital affinity
