Project Manager / Construction Manager Timber Construction - Rhineland-Palatinate & Luxembourg (m/f/d)

As a building manager / project manager (m/w/d) you take responsibility for the successful implementation of our turnkey timber construction projects in the Rheinland-Pfalz and Luxembourg area. From the first construction site visit to the handover to our builders, you coordinate all project participants, ensure the highest quality and help to make sustainable and residential homes a reality. Own-sponsored care and handling of our turnkey timber construction projects in Rheinland-Pfalz and Luxembourg Ensuring quality, time and cost-oriented execution of all works on the construction sites Coordination and monitoring of the construction sites from access inspection to final settlement Contact person (m/w/d) for our clients Management and coordination of partner companies used in the construction sites Calculation of offers and production of supplements Coordination with internal departments and external project participants Responsibility for smooth construction and compliance with our quality standards

Master or technician (m/w/d) or completed studies in civil engineering a comparable discipline Ideally multi-year experience in construction or project management Experience in turnkey construction and/or timber construction of advantage Communication strength, enforcement capacity and safe occurrence Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Organizational and Responsibility Joy in cooperation with customers, partner companies and colleagues Ready to use regularly on the construction sites in your care area
