Independent documentation of tumour diseases according to ADT/GEKID standard Funded application of medical key systems such as ICD-10, ICD-O and TNM Care and updating of patient data in the tumor documentation system C37 Cooperation with the medical service and the pathology for data collection Ensuring data quality and completeness for the clinical cancer register Creation of evaluations and support in statistical reports Participation in tumour conferences and the annual certification of the Oncological Centre and the organ cancer centres according to DKG / OnkoZert
