Management support in operational day-to-day business Planning and organisation of meetings logging and refurbishment of meetings Processing of the incoming and outgoing correspondence Reception and support of business partners and visitors Organisation and booking of service travel Preparation of documents and data as well as presentations Responsibility for the office organization

A completed commercial training or business studies Ideally professional experience in a comparable position Safe handling in common office programs, e.g. MS Office English knowledge of advantage Organisational capacity, communication strength and team capacity
