Our team in the active business supports banks to develop their credit business in a holistic way – from analysis to optimization to digitalization and automation of banking processes. In your position, you take the technical responsibility for consulting projects in the active business with a focus on the Sparkassen financial group You analyze and optimize the credit business end‐to-end – including digitization and automation You guide and coach project teams and ensure successful implementation of the projects In addition, you develop junior consultants in the field of active business and support them in their professional development In addition, you contribute to the development and development of our consulting services in the active business Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation and includes both hybrid work and local use

You have a completed study of economics or a bank-based training with a corresponding further training to the savings banks/bank business economist In addition, you have well-founded and long-term practical experience in the active and/or Bank lending business You bring comprehensive knowledge of core banking applications (e.g. OSPlus) You know the legal framework of banking business processes and can safely arrange them Ideally, you could already gain consulting experience Very good German skills (from C1 level) and English skills complete your profile
