IT Service Technician Onsite Support (m/f/d)

You are responsible for onsite support at our IT service points as well as on-site customers and are the central contact person for Windows workstations, laptops and tablets. For technical enquiries and technical problems, you are competent to support our users:inside and work closely with your team. You make sure that software and operating systems work reliably, retrieve hardware after malfunctions and replace defective components. Also in the case of workstations, hardware rollouts or exchanges, you actively pack and ensure smooth running. You document your work carefully and comprehensible so that your team can keep an overview at any time.
