As part of the Global Minds Initiative Germany of the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space, the tasks are: Planning, preparation, implementation and follow-up of events according to technical, regional and content, including coordination of external firms in cooperation with the programme management Processing event-accompanying procurement processes Overarching quality assurance for events
