Deputy Production Manager Forest Tree Nursery (m/f/d)

• Self-help in all areas of production and dispatch of forest plants • Proactive support of our employees in the areas of sales and service • Discipline and professional leadership and further development of employees • seed procurement and seed treatment (from harvesting, processing, stratification to sowing) • Picking of plants and materials in shipping time • implementation, control and monitoring of plant protection measures • Irrigation and fertilization of plants, organisation of (plants) • Participation in the planning of investments in cooperation with the production manager and our site manager • General building and fleet management (trainers, delivery vehicles etc.)

• Complete training, e.g. in the field of nursery, horticulture, agriculture and forestry, or similar occupations) • First professional experience and leadership experience of advantage • Driving licences of classes B, L, T and ideally C (if not available, flexibility to acquire them afterwards) • Embossed plant knowledge (recognising wood, German, botanical) • Existing proof of expertise Plant protection with current training certificate • High flexibility and “Hands On Mentality” in the course of the work (season work)
