We are looking for the next possible appointment for our construction department to project management, construction monitoring or Construction management and acquisition of new branches as well as the modernisation/revitalization of existing branches for use in the entire federal territory in full time with the possibility of day-to-day activity in mobile work if you do not come from the Osnabrück region, a building manager / project manager (m/w/d).

Support of construction measures taking into account technical, economic and legal aspects Creation of building protocols with respect to the necessary structural measures in existing and planned branches Compilation of construction costs for rebuilds / revitalization of existing branches and new branches based on the construction description Communication with architects, landlords and authorities Project execution with commission assignment and support and coordination of own construction measures Monitoring the construction measures to comply with the rental-side construction and equipment description Implementation of construction meetings and planning checks of objects created by our landlords or by external architects in the case of their own construction measures acceptance of the object after completion Processing of structural defects

You ideally have completed technical training or Studies or a degree in a craft training with professional experience You bring a high self-initiative, pronounced communication skills and negotiation skills You are open to new challenges You are team-ready and work independently, structured and responsible Your skills include resilience and flexibility as well as joy of use?
