Systematic, full and documented quality testing of incoming goods Assessment of conformity of products and classification with regard to their further usability (good, reworking, committee, technical clarification) Documentation of all test results and quality assurance in receipt of goods Examination of incoming goods and control of delivery documents Visibility and verification of the QS documentation transmitted by the supplier In receipt of goods under the document ‘QS requirements Revision II’ Preparation of a test report and documentation of test costs Classification and storage process Supplier classification and test intensity Implementation of special tests and prioritized testing tasks independent operation and, if necessary, programming of measurement systems and technical test equipment Decision on the test procedure to be applied Role rotation and qualification building Information and reporting obligations Active communication with warehouse, purchasing, technology for deviations

Complete technical training in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering or related occupations (e.g. industrial mechanic, machining mechanic, precision mechanics) Finded knowledge in technical drawing, tolerances, fittings, surface quality Experience in handling measuring instruments, ideally incl. CNC measuring systems and optical testing Experience in quality assurance and documentation (e.g. test reports) ERP-knowledge (Navision of advantage) Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and file management Very high quality awareness and care Structured and responsible operation Communication skills and team orientation Willingness to further education and systematic training Load capacity in peak times (e.g. air freight, serial charges)
