Plant Foreman / Foreman / Project Manager Turnkey Construction (m/f/d)

Head of the construction site: Responsible for the smooth handling and coordination of all construction processes. Ensuring quality and safety: monitoring compliance with all requirements regarding quality, safety, environmental protection, order and cleanliness. Lean Management: Introduction and implementation of lean management principles to increase efficiency at the construction site. Own management of the plants: coordination and control of the building, construction and building engineering structures. Subcontractor coordination: monitoring and control of the performance of subcontractors. Support of the building manager: participation in construction meetings and close cooperation with the building management. Handling of construction documents: independent work with drawings, sketches and laying plans. Practical activities: takeover of smaller craft activities if necessary.

Training: completed training as a working political, political or master, alternatively a comparable qualification. Experience: professional experience in a similar position desirable, but not a prerequisite – we offer a comprehensive training for cross-comers.
