Human Resources Clerk – Focus on Scientific Area (m/f/d)

It is an indefinite place as of 01.04.2026 Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in part-time 50 % in Unit III/1.2.

Individually responsible processing of all personnel matters of the employees in the scientific field (without third-party funding) – from recruitment to termination Advising supervisors in labour and collective bargaining issues as well as contact persons for employees in all personnel matters Participation in digital personnel management: Data collection and care in the SAP (VIVA) personnel management system

completed bachelor's degree in administration or completed training to/from the administrative specialist (m/w/d) (Employed Course II) or Bachelor of Laws (First Legal Examination, Bachelor of Laws) In addition we expect: Professional experience in the administration of public services or human resources Communication and team skills, sense of responsibility and independent working Loadability and safe occurrence very good oral and written expressability safe handling of MS Office; Knowledge of SAP (VIVA) is advantageous very good German and safe English skills
