Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

You give your colleagues a clear profile and give a new role in the company. In this newly created position, you will significantly shape how our corporate accounts increase the visibility of iwb engineers and create real interactions on relevant topics. In detail, this means: You design and establish a new social media program, keep it busy and actively develop it to continuously increase its impact and reach. You plan content specifically for our corporate accounts on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, develop convincing content that clearly transports our corporate messages and coordinates colleagues from the departments to optimally integrate relevant topics and expert knowledge. You design and care for the content of our homepage, make sure that all information is always up-to-date and consistent You track the performance of all measures, create regular reporting and guide clear action recommendations.
