Your tasks:

as QM representative: you are responsible for the planning, monitoring and further development of the quality management instruments of our institution you accompany the introduction and maintenance of all quality documents and the continuous expert documentation of the measures Advice and guidance of our employees:in dealing with procedural, service and work instructions Your tasks include preparation and follow-up as well as external and internal quality checks you participate in the implementation of quality objectives for 20 hours a week, you take over the tasks of a care professional

Your profile:

completed 3-year training in health care and nursing Health care and care for children or care for the elderly or a relevant completed study in the field of health or social care certified training for/for quality management officers desirable high social competence, personal commitment and reliability Ability to work together hand in hand with all areas of the facility
