Head of Quality Management & ESG (m/f/d)

Overall responsibility for the quality management of the Group Establishment and further development of uniform QM standards for the sustainable strengthening of quality leadership Control of Audits, Certifications and Supplier Qualification Measures Conducting regular QM meetings in the departments and central reporting to the management Development and implementation of a company-wide ESG strategy concept while ensuring compliance with legal, normative and ESG-relevant requirements Advising the management and departments as well as developing and implementing sustainability concepts. Integration of work protection into existing QM and QHSE structures, including legal requirements, risk assessments and continuous improvement Clear definition of responsibilities and resources in occupational safety and integration of all organisational levels

Exaggerating, integrative leadership with clear communication, structured operation and pronounced solution and quality orientation Completed degree (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor or Master) e.g. in engineering, business, supply chain management or comparable Multiannual professional experience in responsible leadership in the quality management of a manufacturing company; coming from medium-sized structures Knowledge of quality, ideally in the automotive environment Experience in implementing ESG requirements and reporting Very good technical understanding and experience with methods such as FMEA Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
