Active support of our HR managers in daily business: e.g. applicant management, recruiting, creation of contract documents Preparation and participation in interviews and support of the recruitment process Takeover of own personnel projects, e.g. in the field of development, training, marketing, etc. Organization and planning of trainee management

Studies - Business studies with a focus on personnel, studies of economic psychology, economic informatics or comparable qualifications Experience - Ideally already first professional experience within the framework of internships or training Skills - Secure handling of current IT tools such as MS Office, independent organization and structured processing of projects and tasks Objectives - Low with subsequent final work
