For the Dresden site, a dedicated mastermind (m/w/d) with certification for electric power is being sought for defined activities by BGV A3. The position offers a diverse range of tasks, with a focus on craftsmanship and responsibility for the technical operation of residential and commercial real estate.

♪ Your future task:

• Implementation of repairs and small repairs
• Regular tours including documentation of results
• Operation and control of industrial plants
• Implementation of spatial reconstructions as required
• Equipment of rooms with furniture, technology and materials
• Support in the monitoring and performance control of foreign companies
• Creation of documentation and reports and transfer to computer systems

Your profile for Hausmeister (m/w/d) Elektrofachkraft:

• Complete vocational training in the electronic field, e.g.
• Certification as an electric specialist for defined activities according to BGV A3
• Detections of occupational medical examinations G20 and G25
• driving licence class 3 / B
• Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented operation
• Reliability, commitment and service orientation
