Self-support and control of production processes in the field of print and non-print Supporting planning, coordination and monitoring of projects – from the first idea to the finished product Communication and coordination with the internal team, external partners, service providers and printing companies Quality control of materials, print results and product samples Support in the development of new product ideas and innovative concepts Maintenance and organisation of project-related documents and production data

Complete training or studies in the field of production, media management, publishing, project management or a comparable qualification First professional experience in production or project management, ideally in publishing or media environment High demand for quality and accuracy. Self-working. Affinity for print products, especially for children's books, puzzles and games Creativity, curiosity and enthusiasm for new product ideas Structured, reliable and independent operation Impressed communication and organizational strength also in English Safe handling of common office programs and Adobe Creative Cloud; Knowledge of production or graphics tools are advantageous Teamability and joy in sharing with different interfaces
