Overall responsibility for strategy, development and governance of the integrated management system (IMS) in accordance with relevant ISO standards Definition and control of the global IMS-Scope, process landscape and organisational and role structure Ensuring a company-wide policy, target and compliance framework (quality, environment, occupational safety, energy) Leadership and development of process management, document management and standardization across all locations Establishment and continuous optimization of efficient, digital IMS structures and tools General responsibility for compliance management and compliance with legal and normative requirements Strategic control of internal audit procedures and continuous improvement across all business areas Responsibility for management reviews, performance control (KPIs) and reporting to executive management and external stakeholders Identification and implementation of optimization potentials (harmonization, simplification, digitization) at group level Conception and coordination of training, competence models and method standards in the IMS environment

Completed studies (e.g. engineering, economic engineering, BWL or comparable) Multiannual experience in similar function in the environment of integrated management systems (IMS) Knowledge of relevant ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001) Experience in international production and Industrial environment Knowledge of audit management and ideally auditor qualification Embossed strategic, analytical and process-oriented thinking Sovereign appearance as well as communication and enforcement strength on top management levels Routine management of complex, multi-site projects High level of self-responsibility, willingness to design and competence to change flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing Standing for occasional missions Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
