Your tasks:

Formula and content audit of all supplier invoices according to UStG Independent processing of all booking operations including Written transactions with suppliers You act as an information and clarification point for payment and invoice requests Accounting and accounting of current transactions in creditors, debitors, and principal accounting Participation in the production of monthly and annual accounts by HGB Creation of various reports, analyses and statistics Maintenance of plant accounting You independently process the current financial accounting (creditors, debitors banks and property accounts)

Our requirements: Closed commercial training with further training to the financial account holder or a comparable professional career Good accounting knowledge and first professional experience in the field of financial and accounting; Professional experience in wage billing are advantageous Experience with a bookkeeping program, preferably SAP You are characterized by their structured working methods and are able to handle several priorities simultaneously You are discreet and are characterized by independent, conscientious and accurate working and action You have good numerical understanding and analytical thinking You are communicative and like to go to people You are practiced in dealing with current MS Office programs
