Wage accounting You are responsible for the monthly wage and salary bills – of course always up to date with tax and social security regulations. You care and manage the personnel master files For employees, public authorities and health insurance companies, you are the first respondent to pay tax and social insurance issues You will prepare certificates, statistics and evaluations reliably and on time In the case of audits by the tax office, health insurance companies or auditors, you support your know-how Creditor accounting You carefully check, keep and book input invoices You tune creditor accounts and clear open positions You prepare payment transactions Maintenance of our supplier data is also part of this For monthly and annual accounts, you actively support the team You have ideal experience with plant accounting or debitor accounting

A completed commercial training, ideally complemented by continuing training in wage or financial accounting Multiannual experience in wage and creditor accounting Very good knowledge of pay tax and social security law Experience with DATEV (Rewe & Lodas) or comparable accounting software – Personio is a plus A structured way of working, numerical understanding and desire to develop you professionally A strong team spirit, clear communication and joy in what you do
