Civil Engineer (m/f/d)

Planning, tendering, monitoring and accounting of maintenance, refurbishment and construction measures as well as compiling cost estimates for investment planning and monitoring of warranty claims Coordination of all structural measures and professional participants in the framework of construction maintenance work, including systematic monitoring of properties on structural deficiencies and evaluation of short and medium-term maintenance measures Organisation and control of maintenance work, controlling maintenance contracts and ensuring the timely and quality-oriented delivery of services Office and area management including the management of buildings and areas Communication of pending work to users:in the building, verification of the impact on operation and coordination of appropriate measures

Complete study in construction, preferably with a focus on water construction, as well as at least three years of professional experience in the planning, coordination, commissioning and handling of construction measures Funded knowledge of VOB and HOAI, secure application of MS Office and SAP as well as routined handling of common EDV and quick incorporation into new software programs High level of self-initiative, resilience and independent and targeted working methods, strong organisational ability and the ability to effectively structure the workplace and workflows and adapt them to priorities Embossed communication and conflictability, team and service orientation as well as experience in cooperation with other disciplines leadership skills, team skills, commitment and ability to motivate and guide employees
