As an employee (w|m|d) in the indoor service, you support our complaint area in the processing and solution of customer concerns. You accompany different complaint scenarios – from machine faults, billing requests to product and delivery complaints. You work closely with internal departments and external service providers and help us to record, clarify and solve customer concerns in a structured manner. Your tasks include: Collection and solution of customer requests and complaints in the CRM system (e.g. Salesforce) settlement of complaints about deliveries, invoices and products as well as customer support for technical questions Recording of technical disturbances for the subsequent planning of service orders for technician applications Coordination with internal departments (e.g. operations, service, logistics, finance) and external service providers Ensuring customer-oriented communication and complete documentation and compliance with quality standards Active co-design and continuous optimization of processes

For this role as an employee (w|m|d) in the field of complaint processing, we are looking for someone who brings the following skills and experiences: Completed commercial training Multiannual experience in telephone and written customer support First experience in handling CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) or SAP Very good German knowledge Embossed communication skills in word and writing High customer and service orientation
