As a manager (gn) with focus on work contracts and BPO, you are the link between our customers and customized outsourcing solutions. You recognize potentials, build sustainable relationships and drive our business forward with innovative strategies. Your mission: Strategic expansion of contract operations: You develop our contract and BPO offer and expand it in a targeted manner. Advice at eye level: With your expertise, you will recognize requirements and challenges at an early stage and develop suitable solutions. Acquise & Customer Liability: You identify decision-makers, perform convincing presentations and build long-term business relationships. Account Management: You are a central contact for existing customers, strategically advise and develop individual customer solutions. Team-wide cooperation: In close coordination with internal specialist departments, you will develop customized development strategies.

Completed study or training with relevant professional experience in contract management, ideally in the BPO environment or the staff service Very good knowledge of employee transfer (AÜG/Temp) and experience with sales processes in the service sector Embossed network and excellent relationships management skills Interest in industry trends and the ability to derive innovative customer solutions Strength in long-term, consulting-intensive sales cycles Safe, sovereign appearance and a pronounced negotiation skills readiness to travel regularly in the field – you know that personal presence makes the difference
