Risk/Fire Protection Engineer Industrial Property Insurance (m/f/d)

Implementation of risk-related visits and evaluations by industrial companies in the context of new and existing customer business. Advising our customers on fire and explosion protection measures and developing individual protection and prevention concepts. Analysis and assessment of industrial risks and identification of potential damages – focusing on technical and organisational risk mitigation. Creating sound risk reports, assessment documents and technical recommendations as the basis for risk decisions and premium calculations. Assessment and assessment of damage events and support in risk-related issues. Analysis of natural hazards and their potential impact on industrial sites and insurance risks. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for internal departments and branches on fire and explosion protection issues. Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering sciences or natural sciences – e.g. civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemistry, security technology or comparable disciplines. Professional experience in the assessment of industrial risks – ideally in the context of industrial health insurance, risk engineering or industrial fire protection. Knowledge of fire and explosion protection as well as a good understanding of insurance-related relationships. Experience in the creation of technical reviews, protection concepts and ideally in the risk-oriented premium consideration. Safe handling of relevant rules and standards (e.g. VdS, VDE, DIN, FM Global, NFPA). Embossed analytical skills and a structured and solution-oriented way of working. Communication strength, consulting skills and a sovereign appearance in customer contact. readiness to travel within Germany as well as in European countries. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing. Safe handling of MS Office.
