For our residential community Schwalbanger for people with a mental disability at Neuburg a. d. From 01.11.2026 we are looking for a supporter in parttime with 20 hours per week.

** • Support for people with mental disabilities • Intensive, individual and person-centric everyday design based on inclusive principles • Implementation and development of funding objectives and the group concept • Monitoring and implementation of medical and nursing measures • Planning and implementation of domestic activities • Contact care to members and legal supervisors • Documentation and reporting internal/external • Shift service by service plan, within the period from 06:00 to 21:00 (breakfast/labour service, weekend service)

PROFIL • experience in stationary integration aid desirable as well as joy and sovereignty in dealing with people with disabilities, i.e. also patience, tolerance, empathy and humor • Openness to new developments in integration aid • Teamability and physical and mental resilience • Motivation and independent, independent action • Openness and contact joy
