In the course of our growth at the Stuttgart site we are looking for you! As a new team member, you make an important contribution to the digitization of the German middle class and help our clients with your expert knowledge in IT, data protection and special economic law. The core of our clientele is real champions from the top middle class, especially from the manufacturing industry, such as textile, mechanical engineering or automobile, as well as clients from the financial sector and IT service providers. In addition to ongoing, comprehensive IT and data protection advice, you accompany our clients in the introduction of new digital business models, including the new legal issues surrounding AI. This includes legal support already in the development of business models, contract design and negotiation as well as the examination and design of AGB and terms of use. You bring your growing experience in the field of data protection rights and are responsible for the audit of data protection regulations. You support our clients in enquiries from affected persons and in dialogue with the supervisory authorities. In addition, you support your team in advising on topical, software-law issues, in particular on Open Source Software, as well as the examination and negotiation of license agreements with international software providers. Within various projects, you will be in close contact with colleagues from other disciplines, such as our IT revision and tax advice, and will gain a holistic view of the topics.
