We are looking for you as Manager Security & Arbeitsschutz (m/w/d) at the next possible time in direct personal care.

As a central contact person for executives and employees, you are raising awareness of safety-relevant topics and work protection. You develop measures to strengthen the security culture and implement it in the internal processes. You also process reports and accident advertisements, analyze the causes and derive preventive measures. You work closely with the works council and business physician in terms of accidents at work. You also provide support in the further development of internal guidelines. Finally, you plan practical training.

You have a successfully completed technical study. You will also bring an additional qualification as a specialist in occupational safety. Experience from the mentioned area is advantageous. You know the relevant legal regulations and have experience in the practical implementation of work protection. Your team-pirit and your solution-oriented way of working are yours. The readiness to participate in the safety review necessary for these activities shall be available.
