CNC Turner (m/w/d) - Single Parts Manufacturing

Your tasks:

• Self-assembled, brushes and operation of CNC lathes
• Production of individual parts and small series according to drawing
• independent monitoring and optimization of the processing processes
• Implementation of measurement and quality controls with the standard measuring instruments
• Independent correction of programs and processing parameters
• Documentation of test and production data
• Support for continuous improvement of production processes
• Occasional milling work is possible, but no requirement

Your profile:

• Completed training as machining mechanic, industrial mechanic or comparable
• Professional experience in the field of CNC turning, ideally in individual parts or small series production
• Safe handling of technical drawings and measuring devices
• knowledge of Fanuc and/or Okuma controls are advantageous
• High quality awareness and careful and precise operation
• Excellent sense of responsibility and independent work
