You are responsible for the property-specific maintenance management of several production sites within our sales area: You take over the technical object management - in particular ensuring ongoing maintenance and repair (construction and TGA) You provide warranty and defect management - document and process maintenance and repair measures, maintenance and expert reports and correspondence with local object managers and business partners You will take care of the offer collection, if necessary by means of specialist planners, You coordinate the relevant specialist planners and are in close contact with the companies You carry out the acceptance and the audit. You contribute to the budget planning for CAPEX and OPEX measures
